1. Identify the stress-causing factors

2. Write down tasks
A typical college student has a long list of assignments to finish. You release what has been weighing heavily on your mind onto a sheet of paper by outlining everything. It may be easier for you to manage if you can actually see what you need to do. You can actively work to check each task off as you do it by making a to-do list. 3. Stay organised
